GPS Tracks

I always wanted to place my photos on maps. Unfortunately, none of my cameras have a GPS built in and I was always too lazy to tag all images manually with coordinates. Camera addons were too expensive so the best I could come up with was an interface that lets me at least show the GPS route next to the images of that day. I recently completed a small update to a previous version which was still using Google Maps API v2. Now I upgraded to version 3 and used Javascript to grab the images. The library I used came with color- or fancybox image display options which make the whole look and feel even nicer.

I uploaded the tracks for two roadtrips:

• USA West Coast roadtrip in 2010
